I began watching the Chiefs at 15 years old. I watched Joe Montana shame Buddy Ryan in the Astrodome the week before he would be destroyed at Buffalo, bouncing his head off the turf and entering the shadow realm with 13:23 left in the 3rd quarter.
I would be 37 years old before I saw the Chiefs win another playoff game, and in that span, I watched the Chiefs lose to the Colts 4 times over 19 years.
I DESPISED the Indianapolis Colts. They were the Chiefs personal boogeyman until Mahomes exercised those demons at Arrowhead, crushing the Colts and sending Andrew luck riding off into the sunset. They have not recovered since.
Even with losing to them 4 times, there were other playoff losses peppered in there for variety, but still, I hated the Colts.
What must Bills Mafia be feeling, losing to Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs 4 times in 5 years? It could have been 5 straight years, had they not blown the game at home against the Bengals. We matched up with Buffalo far better than the Bengals, we would have mulched them.
I cannot imagine what is going through their minds right now. It's unprecedented, the domination that Andy has leveled upon his former staff member in Sean Mcderpitt.4 losses in 5 years. It's like Andy is tossing Sean the regular season victory just to keep him employed and keep him from taking his own life just so he can shove his thumbs into McDerpitts asshole and rip it apart like a head of lettuce in front of 58 million viewers in the playoffs.
How cruel Andy must be to give such false hope to Bills faithful. What a savage.
Can there really be any hate left? 4 losses in 5 years with only minor staff changes used as scapegoats? Possibly. I mean, they put themselves through burning tables willingly so there's not a lot of brain cell movement.
I wonder if that old bastard singing the Josh Allen song is still alive.
What about that crying guy in the meme from last year when Bass executed the Scott Norwood tribute? Is he alive?
Is that one annoying Bills fan here going to start spelling seasom with the N? [Reply]

It must suck. Hard. This one was probably resignation, but last year with Bass even missing the smae fucking direction had to cause some PTSD seizures.
Just a guess, when we were criminally bad, we pointed that hate at the organization, but we very clearly didn't have a QB. They do. I'd guess they're wanting to publicly butcher McDermitt and Brady.
This is an all timer. Probably still better than Detroit or Clevelands continual sadness, but this is a pretty remarkable level of suck. [Reply]
Who cares. Football gods tried to hand Buffalo the greatest QB talent of all time and they spit in the Gods faces and traded him so that McDermott could add a zone corner for his mediocre Carolina Panthers defensive scheme. [Reply]
Leslie Frazier got axed after 13 seconds, when it was Mcderpitts decision to kick deep.
Daboll left for an HC job and they shitcanned Ken Dorsey at OC.
So, who gets the boot now? Babich ran a defense that forced 32 turnovers in the regular season. Their defense was missing some guys, but this was the best KC looked on offense all year.
Joe Brady is the OC and Mcderpitt is a defensive guy. Brady got MVP level performance out of Josh Allen and turned the guy from a turnover machine into a fundamentally sound and safe qb without limiting production.
It'll come down to whose idea was it to run all those sneaks that got blown up. Why James Cook only got 13 touches.
Chasing points is on Mcderpitt. He's a coach that's list to the same team 4 of 5 seasons. It's never happened before, and you just wonder how much more the org needs to see before they decide he can't get it done. Afc title contenders sell tickets, but if they want championships they may need to go elsewhere.
The 4-1 regular season record over KC has to be playing a huge factor in him still being employed, but that very well could be after all we've seen, Andy just playing 4d chess. [Reply]
100%. I was a little kid through college during Elway's run. As awful as that was going through it makes it all the more delightful seeing the worm turn as they now suffer through a scourge that makes John's run look like child's play.
I don't recall Buffalo being worried about it the couple times they hammered us in the playoffs in the 90s. [Reply]

Josh Allen should demand changes from the Buffalo owner. Either McDermott should be fired, or at least forced to bring in a new defensive coordinator with full control of the defense. It has to be someone that will do something different than McDermott's lame scheme that Andy & Patrick (and Burrow) have torched for 5 years in a row on the biggest stage. [Reply]
It would be far, far worse for me if I was a Bills fan.
I've never hated teams for just being better... and you don’t show up to Indianapolis thinking Alex Smith is winning a SB, you show up because you think he might be able to win a damn WC game.
OTOH, you absolutely think Josh Allen can win a SB or at the very least win about half the AFCCGs he's in and most Divisional games, yet he's only 0-2 in the former and has one impressive Divisional win in his career, mostly thanks to Mahomes.
So on one hand you'd always choose Allen and having that chance over most other QBs never having a shot, except the lows are that much lower because expectations are that much higher. [Reply]

Several of us went to that game and it sucked. :-) [Reply]
