Chiefs The Remigio question

Nikko Remigio has been something of a find as a kick returner late this season.

He is averaging 9.6 yards per punt return (long 25) and 29 yards per kick return (long 63 today).

He also has 2 fumbles.

If Hardman is healthy next week, do you ride the hot hand, or go back to 'ol dependable?

Our style is to take care of the football, play good defense and grind out games.

A turnover could absolutely kill us.

I’d prob go Hardman.

Hardman, ball protection is the arguably the most important thing this team has done the last few months

Dont turn the ball over, this team ain't losing. With that said, Hardman hasn't played in how many straight weeks? Not sure I want a rusty kick and punt returner back there.

There is also this to consider. Haven't seen Remigio muff one. I've seen Hardman do that.

I don't understand why the guy can't figure out "high and tight" when he's running through a herd of defenders.

He lost like two or three fumbles in preseason and made us keep Skyy over him.

I think it's lack of experience and knowing when the hit is going to be.

His last fumble he clearly wasn't ready to take a hit.

It's like everyone voting Hardman forgot that this dude went through a period of absolute ZERO football IQ on special teams, AND was a turnover liability. So much so that he was removed from special teams altogether.

Fielding punts while backpedalling inside the 10, then fumbling.

Coach high and tight on Remigio and let Hardman do Hardman things. Like catch wide open passes in corndog motion on blown up shovel pass calls. Jet sweeps, wr screens, etc.

All things that are now essentially in the Worthy package now.

Hardman would get down on himself and need bench boosting. With Willie, Clyde and Kelce eventually moving on. They may need some new sidelines pep men

Hardman almost cost us the divisional game with a fumble a year ago. Is he the savior? Probably not.
