Could be Easton Stick time again. Chargers play the Steelers this week.
Justin Herbert said it’s “yet to be decided” whether he’ll play Sunday. He said the injury is a high right ankle sprain. Also said the pain is “not great.”
Anybody watched much of the Chargers this year? A friend of mine mentioned he saw some and it looked like Herbert kept getting crushed and pass protection didn't look good. This dude is generally pretty smart about what he sees in NFL games so kinda hoping this is a thing for them. [Reply]

Tackles are phenomenal but he’ll hold onto the football [Reply]

And nobody ever holds him accountable for the poor decisions he makes that costs them football games.
"Overrated and Injury Prone" aren't great things to have attached to the QB you just showered millions upon and who your head coach seems to have little interest in...
Harbaugh would dump Herbert and his contract for Brock Purdy in a heartbeat. We kinda thought Herbert would be a draw for an incoming HC but I think it may have actually been an impediment for Harbaugh. [Reply]

Nosir.
They can sit him for 4-6 weeks or he can figure out how to manage the pain. And honestly, 'manage the pain' isn't gonna be a ton harder for him this week than it will in 2 weeks. [Reply]
