As per the thread title, who do you suspect might surprise by winning a division?
I have my eye on the Steelers as having a good chance to win the AFC North.
They feel like they have a much better roster than the last few years so should put up a winning record, Ravens have a lot of change from last year and have to play a 1st place schedule, who knows on the Bengals following Burrows injury, Browns got worse by having Watson at QB again.
Who is your pick?

AFC East - Jets; Rodgers returns to MVP form and the Jets take the East as the Phins and Bills fight for wild cards
AFC North - Browns; Watson stays healthy all season and the Browns finally get a return on the investment.
AFC South -Titans; all four teams beat the crap out of each other, and the Texans have a sophomore slump.
AFC West - anyone but the Chiefs; honestly it would be a surprise if anyone can take the West front KC 's hands
NFC East - NY Giants; Jones somehow puts it together and the Giants take the East
NFC North - Bears; Williams becomes a combination of Luck and Mahomes in his first season.
NFC South - Saints; this division is simply a dumpster fire in a septic tank,.anyone can take it, even the Panthers
NFC West - Cardinals; Murray starts to take his career seriously and becomes the reincarnation of Doug Fluite form his Chuck and Duck days in Buffalo and San Diego.
