Naw, its insurance, just in case. But JuJu knows the offense it is a chain mover. It's a good move in of itself (if healthy). All things considering though, this makes me think Toney is gone for sure. :-)

Hope so. But they did suspend Willie Gay after week 1 in 2022…

So if nothing else, this is probably insuring against that. Or simply a Rice injury, because there’s no one on the roster who can fill his tough underneath receiver role, until now.
