Now that you mention it, a preseason Hall of Fame would be a great idea for some small town seeking tourist dollars. It's untapped territory. Document the greatest preseason games, enshrine the greatest preseason players, and tell the history of NFL preseason football through objects and personal recollections. It's a gold mine just waiting to be dug.
