Talk about anything, but if this works than we don't have to keep looking around all the threads to see who is still on tonight, and every night, or even every day! Talk about the chiefs, talk about tomorrow, talk about football, politics or even how to do flooring and the applicable budget. What you're drinking, how hard it is to sleep, etc. Every thing is acceptable in this thread.....

Do you drink alcohol?
If you stopped drinking for 30 days, and just even went for a 1- hour walk three days a week, you would be SHOCKED by how much it changes your body.
I stopped drinking Jan 1st and had lost 10 lbs. by feb 5th with no exercize. Then I started riding my bike, and I am almost like I was in college. BAM!

I drink maybe once a month. I've cut soda out completely, except for the occasional rum and coke.
