Is that just your variation or did you have it somewhere like this? :-)
I tried something different and used a Marsala wine, so non-traditional chicken piccata may have been a better descriptor. While still very tasty, it was a little too rich for me. [Reply]

The Marsala wine and capers and lemon had to be a little tart :-)
Sometimes restaurants put too many capers in and it overwhelms the chicken. I had veal piccata in Las Vegas that was the best I ever had. The balance was so good. [Reply]

It was definitely out of balance on the briny side but still enjoyable. Not sure I'd try it that way again though. [Reply]

Really? I saw on Bucksaw's Facebook page that the marina was still open, just limiting access to the store. I'd assume the ramp there is open too. But theirs is not as COE ramp, so that may have something to do with it.
Good luck man, I want pics in the fishing thread! [Reply]
Had about 30 pounds of brisket ground, made a stellar hamburger. Thinking about making a smoked meatloaf basted in some Head Country BBQ Sauce. [Reply]

I saw some 100% brisket ground beef at the store the other day. Good to hear it’s good. Great idea on the meatloaf. [Reply]
