Diced frozen hashbrowns mixed with shredded cheese, sour cream, milk, onion and seasonings. The mixed together and baked with a butter and cornflake mixture on top. Delicous, made popular by religious folk for big events, Mormons in particular.

Pretty well follow this recipe except corn flakes instead of chips.

That I have to try. Please send half of that to me so that I can do a taste-test comparison for fidelity.

If you are going to use a store bought corned beef make sure to soak it in water first so it can get rid of some of the salt or it will be too salty. I normally let it sit for an hour in a sink full of water. Change the water once.

We make something very close to this, and call it Cheesy Potatoes. Potatoes O'Brien, Sour Cream, Cream of Chicken soup, Cheddar Cheese, butter, salt and pepper. Topped with the butter and Corn Flake mixture on top. They are very good!

Seen this on my Nextdoor feed. I don't know the man but recognize him as a longtime Santa Clause when they used to have such things in malls. He posted these humongous homemade calzones he cooked on a homemade reclining woodfired pizza oven. Thinking of asking if he would sell some Id buy as he lives in Town of Claycomo very near me.

Calzones look good, but my god what a hoarder's nightmare in the background. My house isn't spotless and looks like a tornado went thru it some days, but I can hardly focus on the food with all that shit stacked to the ceiling behind him.

Didn't trim your spareribs? Did it cause the rack to be a longer cook?
