Sooo my recent batch of chili was a home run at work. It was fire out of the A hole but they loved Loved it. I was told I should enter it into chili contest, wow that is good complement.

Made chili for Sunday....always seems better if it rests a day or two

And dinner was old school throwback Chuck roast roasted for 3 1/2 hours and finished with root veg. Simple but so good.

I had a good feeling about today so I had the sous vide things going. Made Tri-tips, asparagus, and sweet potatoes.


God I love sous vide...

Beef spare ribs in the pressure cooker, then the broiler, then a quick change of the pressure cooker to an air fryer and onion rings. 55 minutes from "step into the kitchen" to "sitting at the dinner table"... Not bad, not bad at all.

Yet more lobster tails later tonight, cant get enough of them lately

Along with a beef arm steak, never tried this cheap cut before but its really well marbled, so it should grill up nicely
