Mahomes has gotten scout snaps against the first team defense too.
Lynch has struggled for two years regardless of who he's going up against, so I think that's irrelevant.
Mahomes has exceeding expectations early on, while Lynch has done nothing but dissapoint. Elway continues to whiff on QB's. Your teams future is looking very shaky.
Lynch is going into his second year and gets first team reps against a top 5 defense and best secondary in the NFL. Congrats on scout team reps, if Mahomes keeps it up he will be practice squad MVP. [Reply]

Mahomes is competing against a first overall pick who is an established veteran. Lynch is competing against and can't beat out a 7th rd pick with one years experience. [Reply]
After speaking with Broncos personnel, Yahoo's Charles Robinson reports Paxton Lynch is being outplayed by Trevor Siemian at training camp.
Citing observes of the Broncos' practice tape, Robinson reports "Lynch has lost every single practice session to Siemian." Siemian remains a capped-ceiling commodity, but Lynch simply hasn't taken the step forward the Broncos had hoped. Robinson does acknowledge the competition remains "unsettled," and there's a chance things click for Lynch in preseason games. Still, at this point in time Siemian is the favorite to start in Week 1. Over the last 2 years both of our franchises have moved up in the 1st round of the draft to take a QB. Only difference is that Mahommes is probably going to be handed the job next year because alex will be cut due to his cap number and Lynch has to win his job.
Can't wait to see the PS games, will be nice to see what Trev can do behind a much improved OL and with his stable of RB's back. [Reply]

Either way, a first round QB should beat out a subpar starter by this point. I defended Lynch for awhile, but god he fucking sucks. Enjoy fuckers. [Reply]
