Al Wilson was a stud who's career was cut short due to injury. Had he played a couple more years he could have made it.

I'll generally never say anything positive about the Broncos, but I did like Al Wilson. He was a legitimate football player and he wasn't dirty. His only crimes were by association.
As for the Hall of Fame, that's tough for modern inside linebackers. He probably needed four or five more pro bowls to get serious consideration, which is the same challenge that our own beloved Derrick Johnson faces (who by the way is far superior to Al Wilson). [Reply]
