McDermott was having his team play defensively off Adams and Harris all game and we played exactly into his strategy by letting them throw all those mid-range/runner shots up.

If they just play off of Harris, he’s still a good enough shooter from 3 to make them pay a bit.
Both together just kills the spacing offensively.
KJ being such a shitty rebounder negates much of the benefit of having another big on the floor.
Bill Self has forgotten more about basketball than I’ll ever know, but I’ll never understand his opinion of KJ.
I get riding with him when he’s effective like he was against Duke. But it was clear pretty early that this wasn’t a “KJ” game. [Reply]
