The subject of Carolina Mustard sauce came up in the grilling and smoking thread and made me remember a mustard I highly recommend if you like heat and spice on a dog, brat or Polish sausage. I am a fan of Inglehoffer mustard and I have had an eye on their Sweet hot pepper mustard i had seen at Price Chopper. Well Aldi a while back on the german foods promotion had it and I picked it up. Highly recommend if you like that sort thing and you can thank me later.
I have some down time so next week going to stop in on Fritz's Meat at 103rd and state line road pick up some beef dogs, Bratwurst and spicy polish sausage.
At a $ an ounce. I have found I like this a lot on dogs, brats and I mix it w/ store mustard bbq sauces.
I like a lot of what they do...

It was raining all day, Tornados last night, heavy rains on and off, and flood warnings, i put off smoking til Monday afternoon..
Seeing a cast iron, sauted 80/20 burgers stuffed with a bourbon bellavitno cheese, probably won't do anyone any good but I did use toasted Pepperidge Farm's onion buns and habanaro jelly glaze with another slice of bourbon bellavitno cheese. (Think new cheddar, parmesan.) [Reply]
