Oven or fire, meat and seasonings?
A pound of 90/10 ground sirloin seasoned with a packet of onion soup mix. Onions, carrots, potatoes tossed with oil and a rub called Ben's Heifer Dust. Topped with a large spoon of condensed mushroom soup. 35 minutes in the Rec Tec at 375. [Reply]
