Cooked it on the grill next to the burgers. Turned out real nice. That pickle tried to escape and failed. He joined his family in the end so I like to think that it was a happy ending..

I never cook brats in beer? on the grill, used to. I guess I need to again.

I will be doing a bourbon cheese stuffed/ marinated chicken thigh roll up Pounded stuffed/ rolled and grilled this weekend. How can it be bad when wrapped in bacon and stuffed with cheese?
