That gets called nearly every time with the newer screen rules, your legs or arms can't be outside your shoulders, let alone moving, she did both... Give it up already. They said let the players decide the game, and I would argue the players did decide the game. One player decided to commit a foul. I am sure it was just the moment, and she didn't intend to foul, but she did. [Reply]
