Hey all, you know the deal...
The other thread hit over 1,000 posts and we have server issues when that shit happens so here she be, a fancy new mega thread.
Anyway, just a quick rundown.
Post anything and everything gaming in here. Console games, handheld/mobile games or PC.
Playing something you love or maybe hate? Find a hidden gem on Steam? Let us know via a review. Try to make sure you give a good rundown on it. Graphics, sound, storyline, overall gameplay and replayability. Let's keep it at a 1-10 scale.
Thanks to all that left me awesome rep comments/posts and even pm's thanking me for the many reviews I wrote.
Just an FYI, developers do read our comments in here I guess. CD Projekt Red (of Witcher 3) was one that stopped by.
Anyway, thanks all for your input and as always, no griefing. [Reply]
If anyone wants a look at an old build buzzard beach has had theirs for a long time. Also there are nice Jayhawks and Chiefs table top builds in KC. [Reply]
This just released a week ago, from ex bioware Austin devs. A game that thinks outside the box. 4 players coop vs 1 dungeon master. RPG elements and levelups skills etc

2 has always been my fav. RE game and this version looks amazing.
Early reviews are coming out. 91 on Metacritic out of 55 critic reviews. So hyped for this game this weekend.
IGN said that second playthroughs aren't lined up like they were in the original, where you would beat Leon or Claire's campaign then play as the opposite to get the alternate playthrough. Instead when you beat Leon A then you need to play as Leon B to get the other side, same with Claire A and then her again for Claire B. They said it's really the only thing they can think of that's baffling about the game. [Reply]
I haven't played any AC game, but my boss talks about it all the time and I've been thinking about diving into it. Can I jump right in to the newest one, or should i start with a specific one? [Reply]

I haven't played Odyssey yet either but according to my Ubisoft account, I put 333 hours into Origins. LOL [Reply]

You owe it to yourself to play the older ones. The first 4 (AC, AC2, Brotherhood, Revelations) are amazing stealth games but not open world. AC3 is good but Black Flag is a masterpiece. It's not as AC as the earlier games but the pirate aspect is one of the coolest gameplay loops ever IMO. Unity and Syndicate are worth playing but not as much as the others I just mentioned.
Odyssey and Origins are built much the same way. Origins is DEFINITELY worth playing. It's one of the most fun games I've ever played. [Reply]
