I had to improvise a little without fresh crawfish and certain ingredients. I was able to find frozen tails with the fat from Louisiana, though. Turned out great.

OH yeah same my Dad was Hamm's man. Nextdoor neighbor Schlitz and an occasional Falstaff fan.

A 30 pack of Hamm's was 11.49 last week in Wally World.
