Last night did a beet salad with goat cheese and onion straws and my entree had twin 5oz filet mignon tenderloins with French green beans and rice pilaf.
Started with a single Left Hand Nitro Milk Stout and then on to a few glasses of Joel Gott Cab Sav.

I have a George Foreman grill that shuts it'self of after holding set heat for a few minutes and It it timed perfect for Wrights thick cut bacon. Perfect every time. [Reply]
Just trimmed and packaged the 50-day dry aged KC strip. A ton of waste, and not much leftover. Very small steaks, hope the flavor makes up for it. [Reply]

That reminds me. I have a package of double cold smoked homemade bacon in the fridge. Need to slide that up soon. [Reply]

Not this time. I was doing it one handed due to an injury on the other and didn't feel like washing up, taking pics, then packaging. Had some ribs to prep, too. [Reply]
