There is a reason Horseface hasn't signed an extension...he knows how lucky he was. He's a sham just like his rings. When Boyband flops, he'll retire after this season. He's driving that franchise into the dirt...and will protect his fraud image by dumping the trash fire on someone's lap...and walk away. He'll use Manningstein's greatness as a means to prop up his management futility..."I brought (bought) Denver a SB".
He has been putrid at drafting...there is not one star on that team that is recent.

“His switch was flipped,” Klis writes. “He started to get it. He started to play as if he was doing just that — playing. Playing and not thinking about his protections and hot reads and coverages and delivering the ball on time.”
Lynch didn’t disagree with that perception.
“I mean the more reps I’m getting with these guys, the more I get to go against the defense and see the looks live compared to just on paper, it’s helping me a lot,’’ Lynch told Klis. “I think each practice I’ve progressively gotten better.”

This is a case where the hype surrounding his work this spring grabs my attention. He was the perfect candidate for what amounted to a redshirt year in 2016, and his athletic prowess and physical ability won't be as limited by his lack of experience under center, and in a pro-style offense, in 2017.
Lynch's mind is catching up to his body, and John Elway moved up to take him in the first round a year ago for a reason. His new offensive coordinator, Mike McCoy, is uniquely experienced in developing this kind of athlete.
The sophomore signal-caller will make his share of mistakes and throw some picks, but I also believe the scope of this offense will expand considerably and that Demaryius Thomas will get his swag back. Lynch will be a handful by the end of the season. I like his chances of succeeding with this defense backing him and that franchise having been limited by an inability to get yards in chunks since the rapid demise of Peyton Manning's arm.

Not sure why the Maclin release is sucha big deal. The move gives us room to build around Mahomes next offseason. There should be some solid receivers available.
Kelce and Hill will be plenty to throw to this year.
