The big anti-hijack thread.....
Talk about anything, but if this works than we don't have to keep looking around all the threads to see who is still on tonight, and every night, or even every day! Talk about the chiefs, talk about tomorrow, talk about football, politics or even how to do flooring and the applicable budget. What you're drinking, how hard it is to sleep, etc. Every thing is acceptable in this thread.....

They're hysterical. They "grew up" together, so the cat doesn't act like a typical cat. When I get home from work, the dog races thru the garage to meet me. The cat takes off for the back bedroom, until I hollar, "hey punk - I'm home!", then he comes running out and lays on his back at my feet. When I fail to hollar for him, he will come out and head butt my leg - then lay on the floor. LOL
*punk is not either of their names - just a "nickname" lol)

I love cats. I had one named Bandit for years. He was wonderful. I miss him even now.

Bandit loved to beat up on the dogs. He only ever caught one mouse though. Put too much effort into it.
I went out one night and he had the rug rolled up. I unrolled it and inside was his toy mouse. The next morning my dad went out and he had it rolled up again. This time when Dad unrolled it inside was a dead mouse. Bandit had to do a dry run! I figure he just thought it took too much planning.

Midnight has caught a few in his day. But the dog was jealous when he (as a kitten) caught his first (probably because of the praise), so she (as a puppy) had to go out and catch one. How she managed that (maybe the cat helped?) - I have no idea.
I have some great pics of them though. Sleeping together on the dog's blanket, sharing food....
