Because of all the interest in this thread, I've place all of the video content of Patrick Mahomes II's college career, and draft day goodness into a single post that can be found here. Enjoy! [Reply]

I think it's possible this year because they finally have a respectable QB, the Chargers will Charger, and Indiana Mahomes might make one mistake too many with this defense.
That's ok. We're playing the long game here...:-) [Reply]
I personally think Denver is the only team that can't win the division. In the NFL it's hard to say can't though. Maybe least likely while the other 3 are closer together in odds. [Reply]
Here’s an interesting stat for Mahomes. If nothing else, he’s coming up with points at the end of halves on a very consistent basis. I looked at each game in which he was playing during the last 2 minutes of a half and tallied the number of times he led a scoring drive. He’s had 7 opportunities to score points in the last two minutes and has been successful 5 times. That’s a success rate of 71%.
That tells me he can play when pressure is on and he needs to make plays the most. Being a clutch QB is a valuable trait to have. We shall see how that continues in regular season this year, but he led scoring drives in both halves he played against Denver, including the comeback game winner. [Reply]
The INT’s are coming & they are coming in bunches. Andy is having buyers remorse.
Andy checked out on the game to coach Mahomes. The first half was awful except for one throw. Chiefs fans are surprised that Mahomes needs a lot of work. Mahomes isn’t as polished as Alex Smith.
Played Peter Schrager of GMFB pronouncing his love for Mahomes.
Saturday is going to be big. No more stupid throws that get INT.
Chad Henne is a better QB.
He’s less excited about this season after the game. Mahomes isn’t a QB that can win. Has a long ways to go. [Reply]

Apparently not.
I love how some people are talking like Mahomes wasn’t playing really well up until that TD got called back. They clearly either weren’t watching or paying attention. [Reply]
