A bit of a play on what Direkshun put together the past couple of seasons. I'll reserve the round grading, especially as of now. I'll keep adding to this as I progress through.

Really like Parrish but I think he's a slot only. I like him a little more than some of the bigger, prospective outside corners, I just think I might more readily role the dice on them to help keep McDuffie inside. But no complaints with Parrish if we got him. [Reply]

Really good corner. Big fan of his and love his fit here
I like Azareyeh Thomas a lot more than Trey Amos. I'd feel more confident in getting Amos bottom of 2 than Thomas falling outside the top 40 though there are deferring opinions there.
A guy I really like is O'Donnell Fortune from South Carolina. Might be one to keep an eye on. [Reply]

I keep coming across South Carolina players I like.
They just took a liiiiiiitle too long to find their footing (and Mizzou still should've beaten 'em...)
Those losses to LSU and 'Bama were both tight losses in games they could've won. Win either of those and they're in the playoffs. And if they make the playoffs, they weren't gonna win it (didn't have the QB play) but they could've done a little damage.
Getting their asses kicked at home by Ole Miss was really their only bad loss of the season. Otherwise, they were pretty damn good and just didn't hit anyone's radar until about week 12. [Reply]

Their offense was too far behind their defense but they had some dudes on defense for sure. DE Kyle Kennard, DT T.J. Sanders, DT Tonka Hemingway, CB Fortune, LB Demetrius Knight, SS Nick Emmanwori plus a few more draft eligible that probably won't get drafted. That's a killer group. Hell, the entire lot of those guys probably are off the board by the end of Day 2 except Hemingway. RB Raheim Sanders is solid. It's possible TE Joshua Simon gets into the late 7th. They also translate pretty well to the pro game in general. [Reply]
Which, honestly, is a little inexcusable in the transfer portal era.
That tells me they simply didn't know what they had. And hey -- they kinda sucked last year so that's maybe to be expected. But with that much NFL talent on the defensive side of the ball as well as a good RB, it's hard to think they shouldn't have been much more aggressive in the transfer portal.
Just doesn't feel like Kyle McCord would've been beyond their reach. Sam Leavitt certainly shouldn't have been. Will Rogers entered the portal and then stayed - make a push there.
Just feels a bit like their success sneaked up on 'em a bit. [Reply]

I don't think they are pending? One was in high school and one at Virginia Tech I do believe. It's a character flag no doubt but I'm genuinely curious if those are active, I haven't looked into it.
