I feel confident the Steelers will drop at least one of their remaining games.
It’ll probably be this week against Philly, tbh. They also have some wonky scheduling just like us so I wouldn’t give them a better-than-50% chance of beating us either. [Reply]

Yep, Eagles have a strong run defense and Quinyon Mitchell will lock down whoever the Steelers remaining #1 will be. Russ dealing with inside pressure from Jalen Carter will be big too.
Tbh, only way I see the Steelers winning this one is a terribad day from Hurts. Don’t get me wrong, that is very possible.. but all signs point to a win for Philly for me. [Reply]

I’m definitely not worried about them for the one seed. It would nice for that fourth loss to happen in the next two weeks though, along with a Bills loss, and we clinch with winning the next two games. I agree that the Eagles will win probably beat them this week. [Reply]
VS. Steelers magic number is also 3, UNLESS the Chiefs beat them in the h2h. That game alone would clinch vs them, even if the Chiefs lost every other game, and they won't every other game.
Now... Bills would have to lose 2 more in that scenario though.
Chiefs just need to win the ones they should, it'll work out okay. [Reply]
"The Chiefs could go into Pittsburgh with the one seed locked up. There is that chance. That would be best case."
"If the Chiefs can get the bye, they will go 24 days and play one game. And that one game against Denver might be a replication of what it was last year against the Chargers."
"Don't talk about rust vs rest. Not a team that's played seven years in six. It would be like a brand new training camp. You're gonna be able to get Hollywood Brown back, MAYBE Jaylen Watson. To get the bye by the end of the Houston game on Dec. 21 would be an early Christmas present." [Reply]
If we have secured the bye by Pittsburgh (still need several things to go right), I have to think there’s next to no chance Andy plays any of our core veterans in a Wednesday Christmas game [Reply]

They might actually play the scrubs in that game and then treat Denver as a walkthrough for the starters. :-)
One seed locked up? Why expose Mahomes to TJ Watt? :-) [Reply]
You absolutely rest. I’m not too worried about losing our 17 ppg offense. We have no rhythm to screw up, we had an early bye, and we’ve played a lot more games than anyone. [Reply]
