Didnt know where to put this so its here. Today on woot they have Chef Choice 615 A meat slicer for 90 bucks. Its a well regarded slicer on BBQ forums and sells out fairly fast. I got one last time its really handy if your in the market.
I've had a 2lb top sirloin marinating in a mango/tangerine juice mix, fresh squeezed lime juice, chopped garlic, Adobo, chili powder and cumin since Monday
Gonna grill it over charcoal tomorrow night and make carne asada tacos with it, topped with cilantro, green onion and a chipotle sour cream sauce

Seasoned some flour and dusted some center cut pork chops. Fried them bitches up with some hasbrowns on the cast griddle with onion and Anaheim Peppers. Buttermilk biscuits with peppered sausage gravy, fried eggs... stuffed
