Making a delicious feast with humble ramen noodles
Boil noodles only until you can pull apart, quickly drain hot water and place under cold running water to stop the cooking process and ensure firm noodles, then coat with a bit of oil to prevent sticking
In a pan stir fry a chicken breast, green onion and garlic
Put soup packets in a microwavable container with teaspoon of sugar, red pepper flake, one cup chicken stock and a very fat shot of soy sauce... heat to boiling to dissolve powders and release pepper flake oils
Add all ingredients together and stir until all is hot, slap it in a bowl, top with chopped cilantro and sriracha... then get down
Doubled down on dinner, so that we could have leftovers along with apps for the game. For pork, I slow roasted a shoulder picnic. For beef, I used the Instant Pot to make tender bottom round roast. [Reply]
