Funny thing is in my post two things were in the same marinade but seasoned differently on the grill and the third one was different too. Guess he’s just jealous of my grilling skills. [Reply]

It was actually very good. We marinaded it in the vacuum marinator, so it pulled the flavor all the way to the bone.
Speaking of bone (get your minds out of the gutter!!!), the dog got the bone and I don't think I've seen her that happy since we boiled the bucks head for the European mount... Ha... [Reply]

That's correct. It's only fowl bones you need to worry about. Because they're hollow, which is why they splinter and can cause damage. Anything other than bird bones is fine. [Reply]

Yesterday for the Chargers - Ravens game I made myself a giant Dagwood sandwich on a Baby Boule french bread.
1/2 lb deluxe ham, 1/4 genoa salami, 1/4 provolone, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, sub dressing
Also had 2 dill pickles - one sour and one hot; large bag of Kettle jalapeno potato chips, 4 Voodoo Ranger Imperial Ale, and a small TCHO Banana Nut dark chocolate bar.
