It did work great, I had to open the door as the rib roast fell over after the initial 5 minute per pound cook time, but with that small of cut of meat it came out perfect. Will do that one again.
Wandering Horse Buffet at Talking Stick Resort followed by two cigars with two Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak Single Malt Scotch Whisky in the Shadows cigar lunge afterwards listening to an excellent musician.
A great night after 4 days of being sick!

I received one of these for Christmas (Misen Chef knife). I hadn't asked for it, and I was surprised by the person who gave it to me, as I didn't think he'd know about it. He'd gotten one for himself, and liked it enough to get me one.
With all the leftovers, I probably won't get to test if for a few days, but I look forward to seeing how it performs. [Reply]
