I truly believe it's going to be a real competition between Lynch/Siemian, with Lynch likely more suited for McCoy's system, but that doesn't mean he will win it. Trevor is 'smart' and play well last season. If they feel they are improved at OL, the ground game, etc... they will Trevor as the starter if there are questions about Lynch.

Either way, with the bye week after week 4 - whomever they name as the starter will have those first 4 games, 3 at home to prove their worth. That could give them what they need to start Lynch. Who knows at this point?
