Shaved Italian Prosciutto and imported sliced mozzarella on a fresh crunchy Ciabatta roll with balsamic vinaigrette dressing and spinach leaves, then toasted.
Doing the Mississippi Roast thing with a hunk of pork butt I had in the freezer for sandwiches for dinner. Smells pretty damn good and was extra, extra easy. Did a quick pickle on some red onions and will throw some spicy mayo and provolone on the sandwich as well.

This stuff is a WINNER folks. Just delicious and easy as hell. You could serve this with whatever suits your fancy and I bet it's even better with a nice beef roast, but when pork butt is .99/lb that's a good route. [Reply]
