Pork n' Beans homemade slow cooking, because the pork chops I've gotten lately at Publix have been tough. So I braised it on the stove top in tomato sauce.
Actually that's one thick porkchop that broke up sitting on top.
Added some white Great Northern Beans and bits of green pepper about half-hour before removing from stove.
