Which word didn't he throw in accidentally?
"Right now, there are several data sources to reconcile, but as best we can tell, we have about the same number of individual shareholders now as we had a year ago at this time, in the neighborhood of 4 million individual investors who care about AMC's future. If you exclude index funds who have no choice but to own and hold AMC shares, individual retail investors would seem to own more than 90% of our officially issued 516 million shares as of today. Indeed, as it is often said about AMC on Twitter, retail owns the float.” [Reply]

My bad, he said "officially issued" not legally. Same fucking thing. :-) [Reply]
Got out of Snap on. Not as much as I’d like to have made on a swing trade, but it was sitting on resistance and it was green so I pulled the chute. [Reply]
Anyone else holding any Ark funds? They performed horribly the past year+. I keep thinking that it has hit a low and will rebound but it keeps finding new lows... [Reply]

Cathy Wood sucks. She hit on Tesla and everyone thinks she is great. She has traded her fund down to shit.
She's been buying high and selling low.
She's a one hit wonder. Everyone can make money in a surging up market. [Reply]

I've got a little, and I blame this thread for that. :-)
She's getting hammered because the more speculative growth stocks are getting hammered the worst in this market. It doesn't mean that her individual picks are bad, but rather that her investment strategy is being shunned right now.
She made a comment that I kind of liked the other day. If I remember right there was some statement about short-selling her fund, and her response was something like, "It's a bad idea to bet against innovation." I tend to agree with that philosophy, so I'm hanging on even though I've got a bloody nose right now. [Reply]

I wanted exposure to some stocks like CRISPR, but was not expert enough and didn't want to do the research to figure out what was best so I just put $1k into ARKG. Turns out Cathie was not really much an expert in it either and I am down 40%. It's in my Roth so I'll probably just let it ride and hope it turns around sometime in the next 20 years. [Reply]

I have a little bit of EDIT stock for the same reason. I've lost about the same amount, but I'm holding it because if they cure death I think the stock will skyrocket. [Reply]

Just like your Blackberry worth $20 and it's now $6
Almost everything has tanked including stocks you've talked about. And your dumbass still had no clue Blackberry was more than a phone company. :-) [Reply]
