It's pretty popular with a lot of the new robo-investors and other online only investment options. They want to build AUM. In this case, the more money they get from new referrals, the more buildings they can create across a more diverse geographical area and they'll end up a safer more stable business. You're sort of getting a discount for helping bring in money based on the risk of being an early investor.

It seems neat. The FAQ on the website under How it Works is only 5 questions. One of which is that you need to be an accredited investor so it's probably up to you to get the details of how it really works.

I have some volatility signals going bullish but the down trends are strong right now. Though the QQQs are putting in what could be a nice double bottomg. SPYs are close to the same.

Grains are up hard in all this Russia/Ukraine stuff. I shouldn't have sold my Bunge and ADM play. I have a notion to get back in but hooo boy that chart doesn't look conducive to a buy.

I bought a little snap-on as a swing trade. It seems to be pretty solidly bound to a range (it will probably break out tomorrow:-) )

Also bought a little Kroger. They seem to be weathering the supply chain problems and it didn't crash through any resistance like so many others have.
