A Jordanian family at the lake today (yeah, the Sea-Doo is back baby!!!) treated me to a bacon-wrapped hot-dog and some grilled chicken wings made with a mediterranean run, they added a little curry and cumin powder, and grilled them in an aluminium pan in some olive oil. Cubed up some pork shoulder for tacos. Marinated overnight, put on the smoker @ 250F for ~4 hours. Finished with hot pickled red onion, pineapple, and cilantro.
Gonna catch up a bit, Saturday was turkey tetrazzini, yesterday was grilled ham and cheese, chips and a pickle, tonight was open face roast beef with green beans. Also had chicken and cheese enchiladas some where inbetween, no pics on that one, been busy as hell.
