Unless he's found some way to regenerate nerves and tissue, I think he'll have more problems with the throws over 20 yards in the air. If a team takes away the short passing game, Donkeys might be in trouble

He ranked 2nd, 2nd, and 9th in deep ball accuracy the past 3 years. And Manning's deep ball accuracy % dropped from 51% to 44% after his injury last year. He's completely healthy now and should look like the same old Manning.
