The Chiefs say Baylor Cupp is back from the practice squad. Matthew Wright is on the practice squad. Spencer Shrader (hamstring) won’t practice. Peyton Henderson is on IR (calf).

Word on twitter Is former UFA Texas Tech TE Baylor Cupp will be elevated from the practice squad and is set to replace Hendershot as TE three. He's 24, 6'6, 243 pounds and has some agility and decent speed from what I can tell.
He was making some plays during camp and had a reception in all three preseason games. One being a TD against Chicago. He's certainly got good physical traits and the fact that they ate elevating him over the experienced Firkser must mean he's been getting some good practices in. [Reply]
