It would be really nice to have this wrapped up in two weeks. We have very little momentum on either side of the ball to worry about hurting with a long layoff between meaningful games so concerns about that are nonexistent.
And just to be clear, within the next two weeks, if we go 2-0 and the Bills and Steelers each lose one, we get the one seed. [Reply]
Any number of Chiefs wins and/or Bills losses that equal three from here on out, means the Chiefs clinch the one seed.
The magic number is THREE.
If the Bills lose in Detroit, and the Chiefs beat Cleveland, it's ONE.
We're getting closer and closer to our destiny.
Then, shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three. Four shalt thou not count, or either count thou two, except that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. [Reply]
If the defense shows up like it did last night and we can Beattie Browns next week it would be great. I'm more worried about the 3 games in 10 days bullshit than anything else, especially when Pat's been taking a beating. I'd seriously consider letting Wentz get some snaps vs Pittsburg. [Reply]
The Rams did exactly what we needed. They looked really good. Beating the bills despite Alan being unbelievable as superman. Hope the Rams make the playoffs. if they play like they did yesterday they can give Philadelphia, Detroit and Minnesota a run for their money.
And lady look again did exactly what we needed in our win yesterday. Now, if she can only help us keep Garrett from killing Mahomes next week. hopefully the Chiefs will come up with some scheme to help her. More running, more quick passes, putting in an extra OL person so Garrett can get double teamed. But we are going to need to do something. Humphries seemed to be an improvement, but I gather he’s going to be out. And Morris was not a turn still yesterday. But we have to do something special about Garrett
But it’s always better to be lucky than to be good. And we seem to be able to be good when we need to. Hopefully we will start doing it more consistently.
Amazing that we are 12 and one. Makes you both laugh and smile. [Reply]

Wrong. In order to clinch in two weeks Pittsburgh has to lose one of the next two games as their ceiling is still 14-3 which would include a tiebreaker over the Chiefs. [Reply]
