The wife and I went to a collaboration dinner at Port Fonda in Lawrence last night to celebrate our 12th anniversary. The had a fantastic menu with drink pairings, and the prime rib was probably the best I've ever had.

MENU
> Fried Pickles with Chipotle Ranch
> Shrimp Cocktail with Fresh Avocado & Roasted Tomato Cocktail Sauce
> Wedge Salad with Bacon & Gorgonzola Dressing
> 14oz Creekstone Prime Rib with Jus,Whipped Potatoes, Creamed Greens & Hot Buttered Sweet Roll
> “The King” Ice Cream Sandwich: Spiced Butter Rum Glazed Brioche, Caramelized Bananas, Peanut Bacon Brittle & Salted Caramel Ice Cream

It was amazing. Creekstone Farms. I pulled up their website this morning, and their boneless ribeyes are $30/#. That's a 14oz prime rib, and we paid $50 each for dinner including the drink pairings. Phenomenal.

What's doin' with that dessert, Mikey? You get any pics of it? Sounds good.

you know it was all so good I didn'[t take the time to take pictures of anything else. The dessert was good. A small circle of brioche topped with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream and a wedge of peanut brittle.

The shrimp cocktail was served in a large shooter glass immersed in the smoked tomato salsa with a celery stalk so it was a play on a bloody mary

Yeah, it's sounded like it would be good. Everything sounded great, to be honest. Happy anniversary to you and the wife.

I'm not a big fan of Prime Rib but that could easily make me change my mind! Looks awesome.

Had one today, probably the best burger I have every eaten from McDonalds.

A few days ago had a burger at Wally's Gastropub. Looks a little overcooked but it wasn't. Very juicy!

A month or so ago I had a grilled veggie and appetizer plate from Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix. Place always ranked in Top 10 of best pizza places in the US.
Grilled cabbage, sweet potatoes, red and orange sweet peppers, cauliflower and broccoli, grana padano cheese and spicy salumi, olives, and basket of hot crusty italian bread. Had a white pizza with two different halves. 1/2 Mozzarella sausage and onions the other Ricotta garlic and arugula.

Crinkle cuts need to be a little more done IMHO. Love crispy fries, never soggy ones that bend when you pick them up or dip them.

Looks good though.
