Not exactly coach speak...when was the last time we heard a coach say this about a QB and it turned out well?
Jerry Jones used to talk about Tony Romo needing to be more like Peyton Manning all the time.
Lynch will be fine, Mike McCoy is one of the best OC's in the business when it comes to building an offense around a QB's skillset. If you watched Dak play, you saw them in shotgun most of the time and when they were under center they'd either be handing the ball off to Elliot, or doing play action. Paxton would've done amazing with Dallas last year. [Reply]

This new report isn't coach speak, and it combined with Vance's comments is alarming whether you want to be delusional about it or not. The guy is clearly a stupid douche. I had a feeling about it the second I saw him in interviews, and it's been confirmed with the Wonderlic and now this. [Reply]
Listening to Donk fans lately reminds of talking to Faider fans of the past decade. Every season they were going to turn things around. But instead, they would just keep being pathetic. Changing coaches every other year, talking about how the great Jamarcus Russell was going to save them. Different teams, but the same sad, pathetic story destined to end the same way. With losing season and losing season after losing season. All while their pathetic fans live in denial. [Reply]

Bill Musgrave developed Derek Carr and he's now Denver's QB coach.
Other than Tebow, McCoy hasn't really had much of a chance at developing a young guy. He did do a pretty good job with Jake Delhomme, his career went to shit after McCoy left for Denver. [Reply]

Musgrave was such an integral part of Carr's success that they fired him

The next few years are going to be fun. Watching the delusional Donk homers try to prop up their failing team. I imagine that some of them will get tired of the grief and quit posting here. But most of them are just too dumb to realize that shit talk only works when your team is good. [Reply]
