Man, I need to do that. Aren't you in the Salina area now? Posted via Mobile Device [Reply]
@ Smithville lake yesterday just before dusk, saw 2 12s (at least ) and one way bigger than that. Maybe half a dozen does. In about 65 mins. on the main part of the trail. Some disabled hunter is gonna get a nice one this year. [Reply]

Wolf population is already pretty bad here. I used to hunt about halfway between us in north Idaho around Kooskia if you are familiar with it. Last month a bowhunter shot a wolf in self defense with her 45 at about 6 feet. She was hunting in one of the areas I used to frequent by Lookout Butte. [Reply]

Man, I'd love to go on a good bull-elk hunt. I've only drawn cows here in NE for muzzle loader. It was fun, but I saw some trophy bulls walk on by me. Are they going to open up Wolf hunting to assist woth the population increase, or has Peta come in and started kissing trees? Posted via Mobile Device [Reply]
We have a season but they are very hard to hunt. It will take someone getting killed to open regulationd to ease up and allow other hunting methods to show any change [Reply]
Gonzo just sent this pic to me... and damn, does it look chilly out there! You poor bastard! :-) I certainly hope the next pic is of a dead buck! [Reply]
