the father in law won a meat tray from the raffles at the bowlies and gave it to us. it consists of lamb chops, minute steak, snags and rissoles. will be cooking it up with mashed veggies (potato, carrot, pumpkin, and broccoli)w/gravy, and sweet corn kernels tonight. then tomorrow gonna do a maple, honey, and pineapple glazed ham for easter sunday :-)

The other day I had Mainifornia burritos. Par boiled Maine lobster chunks I caught/froze last season were deep fried, French fries, avocado, beans, salsa in homemade tortillas. Pretty good.
