I know there are enough of us to participate in this thread, even when our seasons inevitably go to shit.

KSU vs Western Illinois today, tip-off at 3:00 pm.

One thing I noticed near the end of the game on Friday night - we had 5 true freshman on the court, and still played sound basketball. None of them were scrub walk-ons either. While I don't think we will make a serious run at anything this year, the foundation is being laid for a solid program in the future.

Couldn't ask for more than that. After playing so stupidly (credit OSU) to have a possession to tie/win with 00:13 was about all one could ask.

From what I thought was a certain 4-1 record to 3-2. ouch.

Pullen is the absolute last player I would ever want making an important shot for my team. Or any shot for that matter.

No not at all.

I liked the call. It was a makeable shot. I don't like him short arming it. If you're going to miss it, miss it long off the front iron and give a chance for an offensive board.
