Back on track. I cooked up some frozen stir fry veggies with some mar mated chicken, then threw in some lo mien noodles. Pretty tasty, but not enough veg. [Reply]
Tonight I am cooking Stir-Fry Chicken in Thai Green Curry Sauce with Yellow Squash, Mushrooms, Broccoli and Carrots along with Jasmine Rice. :-) [Reply]
