TL;DR, his concern was at a 2, and now it's a 4 (out of 10). Still probably not a huge deal, but there are some concerning possibilities. Overall, though, he thinks it all gets pled down to misdemeanors, he misses a couple of games, and he writes some massive checks to those he injured.

And when the guy was getting in trouble in Cleveland you were STILL seeing guys (of course Florio) bagging on the Chiefs for drafting him to begin with.

Florio should just be ignored and not taken seriously. Dude must have had his lunch money taken and his teeth knocked in on the playground by a kid wearing a Chiefs sweater or something cause the dude has an irrational hate for the Chiefs. From the “I’ll retire if Tyreek plays again” nonsense (still waiting for him to make good on that), to the non stop fever dreams for Andy and Travis to retire, to the whining about Mahomes’ contract, it’s all a bit bizarre and ridiculous in my opinion. That's in the new CBA. Seems like he has a smart lawyer or has been given good counsel from someone. He took responsibility and I'm sure he cooperating as much as possible, considering he came right out and said it was him. He's also telling his victims that he wants to take care of them and I'd consider that voluntarily.
