Yeah, and I cooked everything in the skillet individually, so by the time the potatoes went in there was a on of fond that I deglazed and put into the potatoes, which basically colored everything dark. It was quite tasty, but not the most attractive dish.
But beyond that, I like the flavor of bell pepper, but not the texture. So I do tend to cook the crap out of 'em. [Reply]
