Even easier in a pressure cooker. Or at least faster and better. Much shorter cooking time and gets the flavors down deep in the root veggies.

Had Italian delivered. Tortellini Crema. Ricotta stuffed tortellini with pecorino, shredded parm, and cream sauce. Got my favorite app with it. Goat cheese in red gravy with bread to dip. Straight comfort.

That sounds fucking killer right now. I bought some frozen lasagna from the Mennonite folk 'round here to bring to work for dinner. They prep a bunch of shit homemade, freeze it and sell it to us lazy locals. Easy work meal.

Random Amish trivia time, spent 3 years going into their homes and shops delivering cabinetry building materials... and these are my observations

1) I met exactly ONE hot Amish girl, she would sign the bill of lading after I unloaded, at least for a maybe a year... but after the workmen noticed things getting too friendly, they took her off that duty :-)

2) Almost every woman was a great big Bertha with ankles as big around as a grapefruit... hot ones are SUPER RARE

2) Their homes smell like a mix of body odor and pickling spices
