Not because of the Eagles. It’s all about what this game represents. It’s a legacy breaker. Nobody has ever done this.
Being the best team ever is a height no other team can match. And it will push Mahomes up the board past Montana no question.
It would quite literally just be him and Brady.
I think it's all icing on the cake. They've already done more than many of us could have expected over the last 6-7 seasons. And hopefully more to come in the future as well. [Reply]

I just can't see Andy getting out coached by Sirriani.
Hurts has proven he can raise his level of play. But Sirriani will not produce a better gameplan than Andy. It's not happening. [Reply]

Like every game for the last several years, it will be all up to KC's execution. If they come out focused and execute, they'll win. If they pull their occasional keystone cops routine, they may lose.
I haven't started feeling nervous yet. That usually doesn't come until I hear what the good X's and O's guys start to uncover and talk about. Simms has already talked about the problems the Chiefs can cause the Eagles but not the other way around. I'm excited to see who he picks. [Reply]

He picked the Bengals before the season started and then Ravens to win the AFC. Then picked the Bills to beat us and had openly called Philly the best team in the league. He did say the Chiefs offense have an advantage over the Philly defense though. [Reply]

How are people around here feeling generally?
I think we have a coaching advantage...this is not the Rams or Commanders I think they are a really talented team who won't quite be ready for us.
Honestly I am calm about it. Philly is a very talented team, but KC has the better coaches and QB. Also I don’t see any area where KC is significantly worse than they were two years ago (outside of LG only because Thuney moved over to LT).
Plus they are as healthy as they have been all year.
The 2022 team had a lot of rookies starting that SB and now they are more experienced. Plus the WR situation is far better than it was two years ago. [Reply]

I think we fuck them up.
10 pt win. Last week looked close because somehow the Bills recovered 3 forced fumbles and 5 in total. As well as KC defenders dropping two easy INT's.
I think with our guys now having 3 years in this system with Spags he ruins Hurts. Takes this game over. [Reply]
