The only coaches the Donkeys have had for the last several years that worried me was Manning and Wade Phillips. Manning was a coach on the field who told McCoy what he was gonna do and Wade built you guys a defense. As soon as Manning got his and left it went downhill. Wood and Joseph combined won't make you a defense that could match Phillips. I'm thinking that the word is getting out. 3 head coaches in 4 years, not the sign of paradise on earth.
