Let’s discuss the combine here.

Which players are going to make the biggest upward or downward movement for themselves at the combine?

Thursday, Feb. 27 at 3 p.m. -- Defensive linemen, linebackers
Friday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. -- Defensive backs, tight ends
Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. -- Quarterbacks, wide receivers, running backs
Sunday, March 2-3 at 1 p.m. -- Offensive linemen

So Donte Thornton is one really fast tall guy.

Is he another MVS type? Looks like a late round guy, but serious athleticism.

Yes I think he is very similar to MVS. I do think he has better hands though. But as a third day draft pick I think he world be worth the gamble

Here is a crazy Combine story: #Texas TE Gunnar Helm twisted his ankle on his false start on the 40-yard dash, then finished all the drills anyway. Said nothing until it was over. Most of the guys don’t participate in all of the exercises.

Head to head football drills would be more telling.

Which guys do you think were just “college ball players” and won’t work out in the NFL?

My guesses, RB Skattebo and TE Fannin Jr, although I’m still intrigued by Fannin Jr.
